Beetroot - Chioggia

A striking Italian beetroot with ball-shaped light red roots which, when sliced, reveal highly ornamental rings. They are very sweet-tasting and ideal in salads or as a hot vegetable. Young leaves can be used in salads or cooked like spinach/chard. Category - Seeds.
